All items can be collected FREE OF CHARGE from any My Babytime class

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on all orders over £15 and within a 5 mile radius of Congleton, Cheshire

For overseas orders a £8.00 postage and packing charge will be applied, however we reserve the right to charge extra on international orders. If postage costs amount to more than £8.00 we will contact you for payment of the difference before your items can be sent. You may also place international orders by telephone +44 1260 299337


From the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within seven working days (UK only), however, please allow another seven working days before querying a non-delivery. Orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Parcel Force depending on the size of the parcel being delivered. Please note that parcels are unable to be left with a neighbour or elsewhere should you not be in when delivery is made. Parcels delivered using Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Parcel Force MAY require a signature. If you are not in when goods are delivered a calling card should be left providing details of where you can go to collect your package.

The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In this event, a full refund may be offered.

General Information

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the prices and terms stated. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed order acceptance to your order request. You do not own the goods until payment has been received in full. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will not be liable and will inform you as soon as possible, using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within seven days, we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.

Please note that postage charges are priced not only on weight of any given item but also on the size and packaging costs of each consignment.


We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our site. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of the terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse. Because of the nature of the Internet we make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free.

Order Cancellation & Amendments

Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the address or items ordered.

Damaged Faulty Goods

All sales are final.

In the event that any product purchase proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement of a full refund. Please telephone our Office on 01260 299337 to confirm you are claiming a refund. We will then send you a goods return form which will need to be completed and returned with the faulty goods before the refund can be made. Please allow 21 days for us to refund your money. Completed forms and items should be returned to:

Any shipping costs incurred in returning products is the buyers responsibility. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting from your post office, as we are only responsible for returned goods once we have received them. The value of the goods will be refunded on receipt of them, but not the postage and packaging charge. The postage and packaging charge will only be refunded at our discretion and if goods are faulty or damaged.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
